Our Learn-to-Synchro camps are designed for new synchro swimmers with little or no synchro experience. Come enjoy some fun and games while learning the basics of synchronized swimming! Each class runs for 1.5 hours in the water and 30 minutes of flexibility, dryland and fun activities on land. Swimmers should be comfortable swimming at least 25 meters (with or without a lifejacket) in deep water before registering for our summer camp. Please let us know if your swimmers will be using a lifejacket.
Our Tune-Up camps are for athletes with competitive synchro experience from any age group and club. These camps are designed to maintain fitness levels, improve on basic technical skills and enhance choreography skills through music interpretation. This is a great way to smooth the transition from summer holidays to full training in September.
Our Boot Camp is intended for competitive athletes who will be registering with Nova Synchro in the Fall. This is an intensive training camp designed to get the swimmers back into "synchro shape" focusing on technical and routine basics, flexibility and aerobic fitness.
